Each escort service licensee shall be issued identification cards in its name and in the names of each person who shall engage in the activity of an escort on its behalf. This card must be carried on the person of any individual while such person is engaged in the activity of an escort within the city of North Royalton. Such identification card shall be displayed upon request of any North Royalton police officer or other law enforcement official.
