No person shall work or perform the following services in the City of North Royalton: conduct, manage, operate or maintain an escort service unless licensed pursuant to this section. No person shall work or perform the following services: conduct, operate, manage, or maintain a sexually oriented escort service. A separate license is required for each location and name by which the escort service conducts business or advertises.
