872.24 MAINTAINING A PUBLIC NUISANCE.

Any building used as a massage establishment in violation of this chapter with the intentional, knowing, reckless or negligent permission of the owner thereof, or the agent of the owner managing the building, together with all fixtures and other property used in violation of this chapter, is declared to be a nuisance.
