870.23 INJUNCTION.

Any person who operates or causes to be operated an adult entertainment business or adult motel in violation of this chapter is subject to a suit for injunction as well as prosecution for criminal violations under Chapter 606 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Royalton.
