870.07 ADULT ENTERTAINMENT EMPLOYEE LICENSE REQUIRED.

(a) No person shall act as an employee, as defined in Section 870.03 of this chapter, on the premises of an adult entertainment business or an adult motel without having secured an adult entertainment employee license pursuant to this chapter.

(b) Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
