Outdoor retail sales shall be permitted as provided for in the Zoning Code. No person shall engage in outdoor retail sales in business districts provided for in Chapter 1276 of the Zoning Code on lots or in open yards if such sales are not in connection with an established related business conducted within a store, building or retail outlet located on the lot or an adjoining lot. Permitted outdoor retail sales must be within the minimum setback line as established in Section 1276.09 of the Zoning Code.
