No person shall take, carry into, have possession of, sell, give away, consume or use any intoxicating liquors in or upon the premises or grounds of any public dance hall in the Municipality, or be intoxicated in or upon such premises or grounds, or conduct himself or herself in a disorderly, violent or indecent manner in or upon such premises or grounds.
