The license fee for a dance hall shall be based on the floor space of the same and shall be as set forth in Chapter 214 of the Administration Code. In computing floor space, only that portion of the floor actually used for dancing shall be considered.
Each license granted hereunder shall expire on September 1 of each year.
All moneys received as license fees shall be paid into the General Fund and every public dance hall shall post its license in a conspicuous place within the hall where the dance is held.
