(a) Amusement devices shall be located where they are visible to the permit holder or his or her authorized representative in the conduct of the business. Otherwise, separate full-time supervision of amusement devices shall be provided with the capability to isolate the amusement device area from public access when such supervision is not provided.
(b) No permit holder shall allow any minor under eighteen years of age to operate an amusement device during such time and in such manner that would constitute a violation of Section 648.13. Furthermore, no permit holder shall allow any minor under fifteen years of age to operate an amusement device between 5:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on days when such minor is required to be in regular school attendance.
