666.19 MOLESTING OR INSULTING PERSONS.

(a) No person shall knowingly and without lawful purpose follow, pursue, lay hands on or otherwise molest or insult any minor under the age of eighteen years or any female.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
