(a) An abortion service shall have immediately available organized transportation facilities standing by on its premises which are capable of ensuring that a patient requiring emergency care at a hospital will be transported to such hospital within a total transport time of fifteen minutes.
(b) Whoever violates or fails to comply with this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
