622.04 FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES GENERALLY.

(a) Facilities, equipment and supplies in an abortion service shall be maintained in proper working order. Necessary solutions, drugs and medication shall be supplied and maintained. Knee or foot controlled sinks shall be provided in or immediately adjacent to the room where the abortion is performed. The abortion service facilities and equipment shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.

(b) Whoever violates or fails to comply with this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
