612.11 SUNDAY SALES.
   (a)   No person shall sell intoxicating liquor on Sunday, provided that this shall not apply to the holder of a State permit authorizing such sales.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
