612.10 LIQUOR IN PUBLIC PLACES.
   (a)   No person shall take any beer or intoxicating liquor into or upon any public property, park, public building, bathhouse, dance hall, school property or other place where the public is permitted to assemble in the Municipality unless such person has been authorized to do so by resolution of Council and has obtained the required permits from the Ohio Division of Liquor Control.

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
