474.09 RIDING ON SIDEWALKS.
   (a)   No person shall operate a bicycle upon a sidewalk where signs are erected prohibiting such operation.
   (b)   During lawful operation of a bicycle on any sidewalk or multi-purpose trail, operators shall give a clearly audible signal when overtaking any pedestrian or other slower moving device.
