440.30 COMPLIANCE WITH STATE PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION RULES.

No motion vehicle transportation company, as defined in Ohio R.C. 4921.02, or private motor carrier, as defined in Ohio R.C. 4923.02, shall operate any motor vehicle on or over the roads, streets and highways of the Municipality in violation of any of the rules and regulations as prescribed by the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio.
