286.02 TERMS OF OFFICE; VACANCIES.

The term of the two persons to be appointed by the Mayor shall be three years. If a vacancy occurs during the term of any member, his or her successor shall be appointed by the Mayor, with the approval of Council, for the unexpired portion of such term.
