280.07 COMPENSATION OF RECREATION PERSONNEL.

The Recreation Board shall recommend the compensation to be paid to the personnel of the recreation program staff based upon a wage scale computed on an hourly, weekly, monthly and annual basis, which amount of compensation shall be subject to the approval of a majority of members elected to Council.
