All recreational property, equipment and facilities presently owned by the City and the North Royalton Board of Education, respectively, shall remain the property of the City and the Board of Education, respectively. Any equipment and facilities hereinafter acquired shall be and remain the property of the party by or for whom the same was purchased or acquired, or may be acquired as the joint property of the City and the Board of Education.
