The Recreation Board shall meet at least once a month during each year. At the meeting held in the month of January, a schedule of the time, place and date of its monthly meetings shall be prepared and copies thereof shall be forwarded to the office of the Mayor and the Director of Legislative Services.
Special meetings may be called by the Chairperson whenever, in his or her judgment, a special meeting is necessary, provided that a written notice of such meeting is given to each member of the Board at least twenty-four hours prior to the time of the meeting.
Minutes of all meetings of the Board shall be kept and recorded and copies of such minutes shall be forwarded to the Director of Legislative Services and the office of the Mayor at least once a month, or at any time when requested by Council or the Mayor.
