Four years of business and/or government experience with thorough knowledge of County, State and Federal economic development programs and requirements; ability to prepare grant proposals for assistance programs or has received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Public Administration from a College or University of recognized standing; or has received and Associate Degree with two years business experience and training; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
