254.17 CASUAL LABORER.

(a) Casual help shall be employed on a part-time basis and for a term of employment to be determined by the Mayor after consultation with the Superintendent of Waste Water Treatment.

(b) Part-time and casual laborers must possess all of the skills and abilities that are required of a full-time Laborer.
