Personnel used as Part-Time Laborers should be:
(a) High school students over the age of sixteen, or college students employed during the summer months, or college students employed under a cooperative program;
(b) Individuals acquiring further experience in order to qualify for a higher classification within the Waste Water Treatment Department;
(c) Students employed in conjunction with the North Royalton Board of Education Vocational Educational Program; or
(d) Individuals necessary for the Department to perform emergency and/or special functions for a limited period of time.
