234.01 ESTABLISHMENT; ADMINISTRATOR.

There is hereby established a Department of Taxation for the City, and the office of Administrator of the Department is also hereby established. The Director of Finance shall be the Administrator and his or her duties shall be those outlined in Chapter 880 of the Business Regulation and Taxation Code (the Earned Income Tax).
