   (a)   Petty cash funds are hereby established as follows:

      (3)   Recreation Board             $100.00
      (4)   Building Division             $300.00
      (5)   Fire Department             $300.00
      (6)   Council office             $50.00
      (7)   Department of Public Service and Properties   300.00
      (8)   Department of Waste Water Treatment   250.00
      (9)   Mayor's Court               500.00
      (10)   Office on Aging and Human Services   200.00
          (11)   Engineering Department         75.00
          (12)   Division of Municipal Parks, Properties and Cemeteries   75.00
          (13)   Finance Department            50.00
      (14)   Police Facility               250.00
