220.05 COMPLAINTS, REQUESTS, SUGGESTIONS AND COMMITTEE MATTERS.
   Council hereby directs that complaints, requests, suggestions and miscellaneous material referred to various Council committees shall follow the following procedure:
   (a)   Complaints, requests, suggestions and any other matters to come before Council to be referred to Council committees for action must be in writing, giving the name and address of the sender.
   (b)   Such matter can be presented to the Director of Legislative Services personally or addressed to the Director of Legislative Services, City of North Royalton, City Hall, 14600 State Road.
   (c)   The Director shall place such matter before the proper committee.
   (d)   The Council committee, upon its review, investigation and study of such communications, shall present Council with a written report of its recommendations or findings.
   (e)   Written committee reports shall be kept in the office of the Director and shall be available to the public for examination.
