   (c)   Extra Costs. Any extra costs or additional work performed by the Department of Law, Building Division, the City Engineer or any other department of the Municipality, including, but not limited to, engineering and architectural services, in connection with the matter contained in the application, shall be added to the application fee and the applicant shall bear all additional expenses.
   (d)   Work Within Subdivisions. Fees for investigation and inspection within subdivisions shall be billed to the developers of such subdivisions, or other developers, at the rate of fifty dollars ($50.00) per hour plus time and a half overtime for the year 2017 and subsequent years, and shall be billed to the developer bi-weekly. An allowance for Contract Administration of the inspectors work and reports shall be allowed at no more than ten percent of the hours worked weekly by the inspectors, and at a rate of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per hour. Mileage reimbursement shall be at the Federal Rate established each calendar year times the number of miles reported. Time and a half overtime will be considered as any time in a week where a total of forty hours is exceeded, exclusive of holidays and Saturdays which are immediately considered as time and a half. Payment shall be made within ten days of such billing. The fees incurred by the Law Department for the legal work on said subdivisions or other development areas shall be billed at the rate of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per hour and shall be billed by the Director of Finance after receipt of the time schedule submitted by the Director of Law. Payment by the developer shall be made within ten days of such billing.
   (e)   Public Infrastructure Improvements Within the City. Fees for investigation and inspection on public infrastructure improvement projects shall be billed at the rate of fifty dollars ($50.00) per hour plus time and a half overtime for the year 2017 and subsequent years, and will be deducted from the contractor’s application for payment on a monthly basis. An allowance for Contract Administration of the inspectors work and reports shall be allowed at no more than ten percent of the hours worked weekly by the inspectors, and at a rate of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per hour. Mileage reimbursement shall be at the Federal Rate established each calendar year times the number of miles reported.    (f)   Special Meetings. Any applicant requesting a special meeting of the Planning Commission or the Board of Zoning Appeals may request the same and shall pay a fee of three hundred dollars ($300.00) for the services rendered.
