206.08 EFFECTIVE DATE.

The subdivision of the City into six wards, as provided for in Sections 206.01 to 206.07, inclusive, shall take effect and be in force from and after December 1, 2002 for elective purposes and from and after the certification of the November election of 2003 for governmental purposes.
