§ 155.023 APPROVAL BY PLANNING OFFICE.
   If the pre-plat plan is approved by the Planning Office, the subdivider then may complete a preliminary plat.

§ 155.024 DISAPPROVAL BY PLANNING OFFICE; APPEAL TO PLANNING COMMISSION.
   If the pre-plat plan is denied by the Planning Office, the subdivider may appeal for permission to proceed with the preliminary plat to the Planning Commission.

§ 155.025 APPROVAL BY PLANNING COMMISSION.
   If, on appeal, the Planning Commission approves of the pre-plat plan, the subdivider then may complete a preliminary plat.

§ 155.026 DISAPPROVAL BY PLANNING COMMISSION.
   If, on appeal, the Planning Commission does not approve of the pre-plat plan, the plan shall be revised, incorporating the recommendations of the Planning Commission.

§ 155.027 FILING OF APPLICATION.
   The pre-plat procedure does not require a fee, but does require a formal application to be completed and filed with the Planning Office.

PRELIMINARY PLAT
§ 155.040 SUBMISSION TO PLANNING OFFICE.
   The owner of a proposed subdivision shall, at his or her expense, submit 7 prints of a preliminary plat of the proposed subdivision, a completed application form for the subdivision plan, and preliminary fees to the city’s Planning Office 18 days before the Planning Commission meeting at which time approval of the subdivision is asked.
