§ 130.044 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purposes of §§ 130.043 through 130.046 the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   BALL FIELD. Includes city-owned baseball, softball, soccer and football fields.

   CITY. The City of North Platte, Nebraska.

   CITY PARK. Includes city-owned parks and recreational areas.

   ENCLOSED AREA. All space between a floor and ceiling or roof that is contained on all sides by walls (exclusive of doorways) or windows, either permanent or temporary, which extend from the floor to the ceiling or roof.

   FACILITIES. Buildings, vehicles, equipment, and machinery, if they constitute an enclosed area.

   SMOKING. Inhaling, exhaling, burning, or carrying any lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe, plant, or other tobacco product in any manner or in any form.
