§ 76.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 70.99.
   (B)   Any person who violates the provisions of § 76.14 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to fine not to exceed $100.
