It shall be unlawful between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. for the operator of any truck, truck tractor or semi-trailer or for the operator of any type of vehicle with an attached trailer of an overall length of 20 feet, including load, to stop or park the vehicle for loading or unloading on those portions of streets in the no truck parking area described as follows:
North Dewey Street, from Fourth Street to Sixth Street |
