(A) Any person violating any provision of this title for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any removal or erasure, except by the driving of the motor vehicle, as set out in § 70.23, shall constitute a misdemeanor and, on conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not less than $50 and not more than $100.
