§ 70.23 ERASING MARK OR SIGN PLACED ON VEHICLE BY POLICE.
   No person shall remove or erase any mark or sign placed on a motor vehicle by the city’s Police Department, for the purpose of evading or avoiding the receipt of a parking violation citation.
