§ 52.005 DUTY OF OWNER TO MAKE AND MAINTAIN CONNECTION.
   It shall be the duty of the owner of the private property as described in § 52.004, upon 10 days’ notice as provided in § 52.006, to make or cause to be made and maintained and repaired proper connection with the city water system.
