§ 91.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   A person or persons who violate the provisions of §§ 91.01 through 91.07 of this chapter shall be fined in an amount not less than the actual costs incurred by the town in towing, storing and disposition of the abandoned vehicle, plus a civil penalty not exceeding $1,000.

   (C)   A person or persons who violate the provisions of §§ 91.20 through 91.24 of this chapter shall be fined in an amount not less than the actual costs incurred by the town in towing, storing and disposition of the junk vehicle, plus a civil penalty not exceeding $1,000.
