§ 10.99  GENERAL PENALTY.
   Any person violating any of the provisions or failing to comply with any of the mandatory requirements of this code of ordinances shall be guilty of an offense. Except in cases where a different penalty is prescribed by any ordinance of the town, any person convicted of an offense shall be punished by a fine of not more than $2,500.
