§ 91.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Whoever violates § 91.01 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.

(C) Any person who violates §§ 91.15 or 91.16, not otherwise provided for within the ordinances of the village, shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
