(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 90.01 to 90.07 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
(C) If the owner, keeper, or harborer of any dog shall permit his or her dog to run at large off his or her premises, without such dog being muzzled as required by such proclamation of the Mayor as stated in § 90.20, he or she shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not to exceed $100 for each offense and shall pay the costs of prosecution.
(D) Any person violating any of the provisions of § 90.21 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not to exceed $100 with costs of prosecution.
