§ 90.21 UNAUTHORIZED REMOVALS OF MUZZLE, LICENSE TAG, AND THE LIKE FROM DOG.
   No person shall remove any muzzle, collar, harness, or license tag from any dog within the village except with the consent of the owner or harborer of such dog.
