A. All new planting in parkways shall conform to either of the following spacing, depending on ultimate mature size as indicated in subsection 7-3-4A of this Chapter: * 35' minimum, 50' maximum and + 25' minimum, 34' maximum between other new and or existing shade trees, whether on City or private property, and where the new trees would be planted.
B. Spacing of existing trees shall be brought into conformity with the above distances through normal attrition and planned removal of undesirable and deformed trees as applicable through subsection 7-3-4C of this Chapter. (Ord. 0-28-90, 6-4-90)
