6-7-3: PENALTIES:
   A.   Violation Of Illinois Vehicle Code Provisions:
      1.   Any person accused of violating any of the following provisions of the Illinois vehicle code adopted in section 6-2-1 of this title may settle and compromise the claim by paying the city the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00) and showing proof of correction of the violation ten (10) days from the time such alleged offense was committed or by paying to the municipality the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) and showing proof of the correction of the violation subsequent to the said ten (10) day period.
