3-3-6-2: PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY:
It shall be unlawful for any parent or guardian to knowingly suffer or permit any minor child of which he or she may be the parent or guardian to violate any provision of this Chapter. (Ord. O-05-91, 2-19-91, eff. 5-1-91)
