3-3-5-9: SALE OF SINGLE CANS AND BOTTLES PROHIBITED:
Effective January 1, 2007, it is hereby prohibited for any person holding a class B, B-1, or B-2 license to sell single servings of beer or malt liquor in containers containing one quart or less. (Ord. O-32-2006, 10-2-2006)
