3-3-5-8: SANITARY CONDITIONS:
   A.   All premises used for the retail sale of alcoholic liquor, or for the storage of such liquor for sale, shall be kept in full compliance with the ordinances regulating the condition of premises used for the storage or sale of food for human consumption.
   B.   Every person licensed hereunder who shall sell any alcoholic liquor for consumption on the premises of such licensee shall keep and maintain the licensed premises equipped with running hot and cold water and adequate sanitary washing facilities for the cleansing of glasses and service utensils, shall provide adequate toilet facilities for both males and females, and shall otherwise comply with all health and sanitary requirements of the ordinances of the city applicable to the licensed business. All employees shall be clean in person and in clothing, and no person afflicted with any contagious or infectious diseases in communicable form shall be employed in or about the serving of liquor or in the washing of glasses or other utensils.
