3-3-4-9: RECORD OF LICENSES ISSUED OR REVOKED:

The local liquor control commissioner shall keep a complete record of all local retail liquor dealers' licenses issued pursuant to this chapter and shall immediately give written notice to the chief of police of the issuance, renewal, revocation or suspension of any such license.
