A. Fees Enumerated: The fee for the various classes of licenses authorized herein for the administration hereof shall be as follows:

B. License Denial; Return Portion Of Fee: At the time application is made to the Local Liquor Control Commissioner for the issuance of a license of any class, the applicant shall pay to the City the fee provided for the class of license for which the application is filed. In the event the license applied for is issued, the fee shall be applied to the license; however, in the event the license applied for is denied, or the license applied for is withdrawn by the applicant, the fee, except for a processing charge of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), shall be returned to the applicant. The processing charge does not apply to Class C and S licenses.
C. License Revocation; Forfeiture Of Fee: Whenever any license hereunder has been revoked as provided for in this chapter, the licensee shall incur a forfeiture of all monies that have been paid for said license. (Ord. O-05-91, 2-19-1991, eff. 5-1-1991)
D. Proration Of License Fees: The license fee for a new applicant shall be prorated when said applicant files an application following the expiration of the first quarter of the license year. The license fee shall be prorated by quarters. Such prorations shall not apply to special event licenses. (Ord. O-37-97, 8-18-1997)
E. Renewal Applications: All renewal applications for liquor licenses shall be filed by November 30. Except for class S licenses the license fees set forth in subsection A of this section shall be reduced by five hundred dollars ($500.00) for any renewal application filed by November 30. (Ord.
