Any application received by the city clerk shall be forthwith forwarded to the local liquor control commissioner, and the commissioner shall issue a written acceptance or rejection of such application within sixty (60) days of its receipt by the local liquor control commissioner, providing all information requested by this chapter or by the commissioner has been furnished.
