3-3-1-2: APPLICATION OF OTHER ORDINANCES AND LAWS:

Nothing in this chapter shall excuse or relieve the owners, proprietors or persons in charge of any tavern or other place in the city where alcoholic liquor is sold from the restrictions and requirements of any other ordinance of the city or of any of the provisions of state law.
