A. Licenses And Permits Nonassignable: No license or permit may be assigned, sold, loaned, transferred, used as collateral or otherwise encumbered. No person shall use or display any license certificate, tag, badge or sticker which has been improperly acquired.
B. License To Be Posted: It shall be the duty of any person conducting a licensed business in the Municipality to keep his license displayed at all times in a prominent place on the premises, machine or vehicle used for such business. (Ord. 0-62-89, 12-18-89)
